Founded in 2011, the Kowloon Region Outstanding Students’ Association is committed, as a charity, to cohere outstanding & distinguished students from the five districts of Kowloon. The association’s mission is to provide a platform for students in the region to nurture their talents and cultivate a positive character. It also serves to promote a better sense of understanding in students’ communities and foster their sense of commitment to society.
